Has anyone used Bee-quick, Bee-gone or any similar bee removal for super harvesting?

We have 2 boxes of new flow hive seven frame.s in a box. We do not have a flow hive and would like to sell this equipment. If anyone is interested in purchasing, let us know. Both boxes-14 frames total make an offer. New frames start about $425 a box.

One year old hive with two brood boxes Bottom box had 3 middle frames which were about 1/3 empty on both sides. Nice comb drawn out with shiny nectar? inside. Did not see any eggs and a handful of uncapped larva. Not much capped larva at all. Next box above about the same. Both boxes have capped honey on three-four outside frames. Queen excluder and honey super with minimal cells drawn out. Option 1-Should I move the capped honey to the honey super and put empty undrawn frames to replace-I don’t have any old drawn frames. Option 2-harvest honey and replace frames for them to clean and have drawn comb. My best assumption is she has minimal space to lay not that she’s a failing queen. Is there any harm in moving the capped honey to the honey super as long as they have enough in the brood boxes? Would appreciate a mentor taking a look if possible. We split the hive about 5 weeks ago and otherwise everything seems to be fine.

I’ve noticed a couple dozen bees in sawdust wood pellets that we used in the garden. Any idea what they’re doing?

I attended The beginners beekeeping course last year. Of course it was right before the pandemic or at the onset, and I never really got a chance to meet with a mentor. My hive is doing well and starting at second year. I have some questions on whether I should split it or not. It doesn't seem really overcrowded right now and they're pretty much just starting to get to work. If anybody has the time and could come by and show me what I'm doing wrong and doing right it would be very helpful. I live in Glenwood about a mile from glenelg high School. Scott and Amy

Hello everyone I hope everyone and their families ha been well. I was really surprised at the activity today being cold. The ladies are loving their bee waterer. Powdered sugar varroa test showed mites so second treatment for varroa on nov 14-shocking how the bearded for a few days. Thought I killed them but they seem strong now. Fondant placed between the boxes but not sure how to add during the winter when it’s really cold. Any ideas? Made a container for the sugar water and cedar chips in top box? Is this ok? Amy

Hello Hope everyone has been well. My first season keeping bees was a bit nerve racking without the help on a mentor being able to come to my house but I think my hive is going to be fine. They’re looking strong, seemed to be on schedule with the drone removal, and frames are filled out with honey for the winter. I don’t plan on opening the hive until spring so let me know if I’m missing something important before it gets too cold. They were doing a bit of housecleaning today Oct 29 and seemed fine with temp in the 50s and rain. Attached a few pictures for you to enjoy.

Sugar water on top of wooden cover with small entrance into empty super. The abundance of bees don’t seem to be doing any drinking or “general” activities but walking around. Days have not been hot but more bees accumulate daily. We’ve had our nuc almost 30 days and the frames are not full-checked this past weekend. I’m thinking the hatch cycle could have something to do with it but unsure. Any ideas?

Hello, Looked into our new hive a couple days ago and was very pleased with way the bees are have filled in the frames. Looking closely at the picture, we noticed an irregularity at the bottom right of the full frame picture-the picture is upside down obviously. Can you tell me what that is?
