Transferring a frame of eggs with inhospitable weather...

I have a colony that, I suspect, hasn't requeened successfully (they're uncharacteristically mean). I'm giving them another week, but want to add a frame of eggs as insurance against laying workers. SO - I want to add a frame of eggs from another hive that's about 15 minutes away. I've done this with no trouble in warm weather, throwing the frame in a nuc box and just going where I need to go. BUT - it's COLD. Even in the 70 degree weather we might get in Wednesday, I feel like I'm going to seriously chill the brood. Are there any recommendations for moving the frame that will keep them warm without drying them out? Advice or suggestions please!!

Anyone with FLIR experience weigh in! I can't tell if the red streak in the bottom box is the cluster, or if it's the larger mass in box 2.
