Who is going to EAS 2025?

I signed up for my first EAS and have heard from a few people they are also going. I was curious if there is a group chat for people going? Does anyone has suggestions on how to make the most out of the week? I’ve heard couple people say that i should not be trying to learn queen rearing my first year but I’m very interested in the skills of raising queens and know that the next two EAS conferences are far away so I signed up for the queen rearing workshop. I won’t start attempting it until I have all the necessary resources like equipment and bees but I figure what better way to learn what I will need in the future than to take the workshop while it’s semi local. I have been listening to beekeeping audiobooks and going back through the The beekeepers handbook, it’s truly a great book. Thank you to whoever came up with the idea for that to be the recommended book for the BBC it’s been such a great resource for my first year.
