I'm converting my dbl deep hives that I've used for several years to meduims boxes for everything, because of the weight. All my boxes are 10 frames. Other people that have done this what do you try to go through the Winter with? Two Mediums for the brood Then another medium for honey reserves for the Winter? Or do you end up more then three mediums? Thanks.
