Honeycomb Build out in a Honey Super.

Last year I got my Nuc on Mothers Day. They built out two deeps by mid June. I put on one Honey supper just because I thought they were running out of room. They made three small honeycomb bumps in the three center frames. This year I put that supper and frames back on. They are building it out. Three center frames have a lot of comb and some honey. The bees are walking all over all ten frames. Normal?

Slow?

Around my house there is scattered Red Buds and Cherry Blossoms. But the woods has a ton of Tulip Popular trees. Not in bloom yet. I assume the massive build will start then they come into Full bloom?

Sound reasonable?

All nectar flow is local and weather dependent. One lady told me her black locust is a dud this year in Frederick Co. My bees are building comb and collecting nectar. Don't feed your bees during a nectar flow or you could end up with sugar water in your honey.
