Honey bound?

One year old hive with two brood boxes

Bottom box had 3 middle frames which were about 1/3 empty on both sides. Nice comb drawn out with shiny nectar? inside. Did not see any eggs and a handful of uncapped larva. Not much capped larva at all.

Next box above about the same.

Both boxes have capped honey on three-four outside frames. Queen excluder and honey super with minimal cells drawn out. Option 1-Should I move the capped honey to the honey super and put empty undrawn frames to replace-I don’t have any old drawn frames.

Option 2-harvest honey and replace frames for them to clean and have drawn comb.

My best assumption is she has minimal space to lay not that she’s a failing queen.

Is there any harm in moving the capped honey to the honey super as long as they have enough in the brood boxes?

Would appreciate a mentor taking a look if possible. We split the hive about 5 weeks ago and otherwise everything seems to be fine.
