Unsuccessful split

Greetings! I’m new to beekeeping and currently managing a single hive. Unfortunately, I had an unsuccessful split, it seems that my hive may be lacking a queen. There are no signs of eggs or brood, but there’s a notable presence of drones. Despite this, the hive remains robust. Any guidance on what to do next would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Janet,

You should re-queen ASAP, before the numbers of workers starts to drop off. I believe that Jason Hough (Woodcamp Farms) may have queens.

Good Luck!
