When is the flow?

I'm a newbee in the Columbia area. When do local plants tend to flower, and what are our primary honey flows around here?

Apparently NASA maintained a large amount of data from around 1995-2012 on different hives with weight data for each day in the season.

Based on the Columbia, Highland, and Clarksville hive data from 2000-2011 or so, it looks like the main flow around here happens somewhere around May 1-15th or so. What flower could that be?

Below is a link to the main nectar producing plants and general timing for the area. All flows are local so it really depends on the forage within 2-mile radius. The big flows for me are the trees, black locust, and tulip poplar. You really need to be looking out for the pollen producing plants as they will dictate the growth of the hive and the start of the season. That will begin in March/April time frame.  I’m watching for the pollen entering the hive and the maple trees blooming. Once they start bringing in large amounts of pollen need to watch for swarming.   I've only been at this for three years now but I think by May 1st there is a substantial nectar flow going.
