Queen cells - real or fake?
I have a mixed population of workers and drones, lots of drone cells, no worker cells, and 4 queen cells (at least they are large like queen cells}. Are the large cells just another size of drone cells?

Based on your observation, I conclude that you have a queen less hive and a laying worker (no capped worker cells) I would introduce a new queen and hope that she will be accepted or merge the colony with another one.
Right now the colony is slowly collapsing and it will die eventually
