Spilled honey in water bath

I was transferring some honey from half gallon mason jars to some smaller decorative ones for Christmas gifts when one of the large jars cracked in a hot water bath. I had the temperature too high when placing the jar in. I set it aside and finished what I was doing for the festivities and when I returned I wanted to try to save what I could. I used a 50cc syringe to pull away the water from the top layers and when there was only the thicker watery honey in the bottom I heated it and filtered to remove any glass. I will only be trying this for my own use btw. I know it’s still too runny so I decided to try placing it in my dehydrator with all the shelves removed. It’s currently on one of the lowest settings which is still 100 degrees F. I’m going to leave it in overnight and see what it looks like tomorrow. If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions I would be interested. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
