Unfinished honey in the honey super

last year, the first year I got honey. one ten frame super was completely full and capped both sides. this year I assume I will not be so lucky. what do you do with on capped unfinished honey?

Trying to plan ahead.

If honey is capped, it is finished. Personally, I do not harvest last year's honey. If hive is alive, I let bees to consume it themselves. If I end up with capped honey in a dead hive, I distribute it to my remaining beehives.
